The Role
As the VP, Women Talk Money (WTM)spokesperson, you will represent our WTM efforts with Workplace clients through our Women Talk Money@Work program, as well as with customers and prospects through our Women Talk Money community events.
You will be a subject matter expert on the needs of women and report to the Head of Lifetime Engagement Product Area. In this role, you will connect expertise and networks to advance awareness and engagement among women, collaborating closely with Workplace Relationship Management, Customer Inclusion and Global Diversity & Inclusion teams. For all aspects of media relations and external social media, the position will collaborate with Fidelity's Women Talk Money commercialization team to execute initiatives/campaigns ensuring alignment and consistency with Fidelity's broader women's agenda.

The Expertise You Have
Bachelor's Degree required
Depth of knowledge of the WI client environment; experience working across with Wealth (retail business) is a plus
Experience and ability to provide thought leadership help to the evolving the women's landscape
Experience leading influencing teams multiple BU's
Have proven success in innovating and execution of financial wellness for woman.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to structure and deliver presentations clearly, crisply, and compellingly. Excellent verbal and written skills with proven ability to champion recommendations and influence decisions at all levels of management
Executive presence, command attention, encourage confidence, and guide strategic discussions with senior-level management
Experience influencing the development of women's business solutions and offerings aligned to support the company's strategic direction
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills that enable you to engage cross-functionally

The Team
The Lifetime Engagement Team drives customer centricity across Workplace, Wealth and Brokerage to reduce friction and enable customer experiences that accelerate lifetime engagement with Fidelity. Our product area initiatives include driving education and engagement among WI participants to drive crossover conversion, and building, optimizing and enhancing our live channel associate tools and customer-facing experiences to support distribution options for WI participants.
