Why This Role Rocks
Join our seasonal W2 Support Team and be the friendly voice that helps Roadies get the info they need during W2 season! This is a temporary part-time position for someone who loves solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys helping others. You'll be part of a supportive team that makes a real impact, one phone call or email at a time.
Temporary Position starts Jan. 5, 2026, and runs through April 15, 2026, at the latest.
Shifts Available (In-House at our Support Center):
Sat - Sun 9 am - 6 pm
What's On Your Plate
- Answer high-volume support calls
- Log interactions using service desk software
- Help current and former employees retrieve W2s
- Assist with payroll-related questions and provide clear guidance
- Document actions taken to resolve issues

Your Recipe for Success
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
