Walmart Advisor - Associate Category Leadership Manager

Job Description

Reporting to a Category Leadership Manager on our Walmart team, you will help lead category growth platform development by delivering category programs and planssupporting the deployment of materials to the customer. You will work with internal partners and retailer contacts to develop and help implement category growth plans, and develop proposals for distribution and shelving changes to the account.

Your Impact:

  • Assist the category manager to deliver category analysis and possible business effects, identifying opportunities to enhance customer, category, and Conagra's goals.
  • Customize existing corporate category plans to lead company and category sales at the customer.
  • Help deliver category insights to develop collaborative business solutions.
  • Assist team to exceed established shelving and merchandising goals.
  • Deliver category insights to account in our priority categories, striving toward or confirming the position of lead vendor within the category review process.
  • Work with internal partners and retailer contacts to develop and help implement category growth plans.
  • Develop planograms and shelving standards across priority categories.
  • Educatecustomeron new item programs and category rationale for development; develop proposals for distribution and shelving changes to the account.
  • Ensure category programs and plans are delivered.

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 1+ years of CPG related experience in sales/category analytical roles.
  • Data integration and interpretation experience.
  • Experience building a holistic sales story from multiple sources of data (syndicated, loyalty, consumer and industry trends).
  • An understanding of the fundamentals of syndicated panel data.
  • Experience working directly with customers in growing category sales.
  • Experience working with Circana or Nielsen; space management tools such as JDA or Blue Yonder.
  • Customer loyalty card knowledge.
  • Spreadsheet development and automation.
  • Working knowledge of retail merchandising and in-store execution tactics.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
