Job Summary

This role organizes and manages shipping, receiving, storage and distribution of all items and products located and distributed to customers. They maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service to our clients.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage loading and delivery of all products, ensure materials are staged for counting and inspection and ensure reports accurately reflect products shipped to customer

  • Partner with plant technicians and the sales team for order processing and order accuracy

  • Manage inventory and order plants and hard goods as required to meet business needs.

  • Coach, develop and performance manage a team of installers and/or warehouse associates.

  • Assists with forecasting and monthly financial requirements as needed

  • Manage and complete service methods and KPI result as part of the leadership scorecard

  • Manages and assists with Holiday preparations and installations as needed

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience

  • 2-5 years of warehouse experience required

  • Supervisor level experience in a customer focused environment preferred.

Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

  • Solid customer service skills

  • The ability to multi-task, analyze situations and develop proactive responses

  • The ability to handle stress and stress related situations

  • The ability to work independently, taking the initiative

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Working computer knowledge

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

Yearly: $68,640.00 - $100,100.00
