The People Change Management team leads change initiatives for the People organization. This team evaluates the impact of new technology on the employee experience, roles, data and processes to ensure an excellent employee change journey in a sophisticated and fast-paced environment.
You will work alongside content owners, technical writers, and interdisciplinary team members who are dedicated to creating learning content for user groups across the People organization. Your day-to-day will include using training requirements to create and manage multiple types of data in test systems, and maintaining content, images, videos and other assets on an internal-facing website. You'll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, quality, creativity, and accountability are tradition.
Description:
- Create, upload, and edit fictitious user data in test systems
- Create, edit, QA, and publish website pages and assets using a publishing tool
- Consult with content owners on optimal website format, page flow and overall user experience for their content
- Prepare images for website publication and training materials
- Work on project deliverables while fulfilling day-to-day update requests
- Support the management of the website content and assets by auditing, updating, retiring content as necessary
- Meet all content deadlines while adapting to changing priorities
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of web production experience, experience with image and video editing preferred
- Proven web-based technical skills including HTML5, CSS, Photoshop
- Experience with editing and publishing content with CMS tools such as Drupal and AEM
- Proficiency with UX, IA, Accessibility and SEO standards
- Works well under pressure: responds to urgent, time-sensitive requests
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54 to $56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
