Location: 100% Remote - will work Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM EST
Pay: $35-40/hr - weekly pay on W2
Duration: 5 contract to hire opportunity - starting 12/1/2025
Qualifications:
- Due to client requirements - candidates MUST be United States Citizens to be considered
- 1 to 3+ years experience with Job Taxonomy, Workday Organizations and Reorgs, HCM Core Business Processes, and EIB Loads
- Workday HCM Pro certification highly desired
- Day-today operational support within the HCM core area, including production bug troubleshooting and resolution, ad-hoc EIB loads, deployment validation, and inquiry support
Position Summary:
- Assist team members with weekly releases by providing expertise, testing out potential solutions, and participating in unit testing where needed.
- Support Fiscal Year End cutover tasks and configuration for the HCM Core area.
- Implement HCM Core business process optimization enhancements currently in our active backlog.
- Review triage backlog items and propose potential solutions to help us transition them from triage to active backlog.
- Research, design, and demonstrate new Workday functionality to the team for review and uptake.
- Will help configure changes, update jiras, unit test changes, validate updates in production, create migration documentation, and provide expertise
