This position is remote but will require occasional travel for meetings in Miami. 

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee our online retail operations on the Shopify platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive growth. MUST BE ANALYTICAL AND BE ABLE TO READ DATA AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Shopify store to increase sales and improve user experience.
• Conduct regular analysis of sales data and customer behavior to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and drive traffic to the site.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure inventory is managed effectively and product listings are up-to-date.
• Monitor and report on ecommerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce management, specifically with Shopify.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing online sales and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
