Job Description
People First. Solutions Always. At Taylor Made Connections, we believe a sale is just the beginning. We partner with Frontier to ensure our community stays connected with high-speed internet. Our mission is simple: have real conversations, solve problems, and make sure every customer feels heard. We are looking for a Frontier Support Representative to join our team. No prior experience is necessary. If you're a patient person who loves helping others, we'll teach you everything else. As a Frontier Support Representative, you'll be working in professional settings to meet customers where they are. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that checks in daily to celebrate wins and tackle challenges together. Key Responsibilities of the Frontier Support Representative: Initiate engagement with customers to provide information about Frontier products and services. Answer questions about Frontier plans, billing, and equipment with clarity and kindness. Help customers navigate setup or troubleshoot basic service issues on the spot. Be on the loop on occurring customer issues and make sure to follow up to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied. Work closely with our sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and keep things running smoothly. Participate in company-guided training sessions to sharpen your technical and communication skills. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on customer needs. Record customer interactions, service requests, and outcomes in our internal systems. Uphold company standards and deliver a positive customer experience. Ideal Qualities of the Frontier Support Representative: Must be of legal age and eligible to work in the US. At least high school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to speak confidently with a diverse customer base. Experience in retail, hospitality, and customer service is a plus, not a necessity. Amenable to work in Houston, TX or surrounding areas. Willing to be trained and work with a team. We're looking for the movers, the shakers, and the overachievers. We provide the intensive, high-level training to sharpen your edge and a competitive commission environment where your results are the only thing that matters. With a culture built on rapid career advancement, we don't just offer a seat at the table but a path to the head of it. Are you ready to win? Apply today and launch your career as a Frontier Support Representative!
