Join our dynamic Accounts Payable team and play a key role in supporting over 700 restaurants, our Support Center, and valued suppliers! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making an impact through accuracy and efficiency, this role is your chance to shine.
What's On Your Plate
Process high-volume invoices, checks, and electronic payments across multiple platforms.
Resolve vendor payment discrepancies and maintain strong internal/external communication.
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations monthly/quarterly.
Cross-train across AP functions and collaborate on process improvements.
Handle specialized AP tasks like liquor/utility invoices, petty cash, corporate card transactions, and annual 1099 processing.
Support store AP needs, including invoice resolution and vendor compliance.
Manage fixed asset AP, ensuring accurate capital purchase processing and depreciation setup.
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to optimize payment terms and digital invoicing.
Your Recipe for Success
Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience: 1+ year in Accounts Payable (high-volume environment a plus).
Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel; ERP experience preferred (Basware, D365, Fintech, Concur a bonus).
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
