We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead our HR team and serve as the Head of HR for the Lottery. You will partner directly with the C-Suite to lead our people strategy, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure understanding of organizational goals.
This is a hybrid position: while you will work remotely, you will join the leadership team on-site in Salem, OR at least once per month for leadership meetings.
About the Role
The Senior Manager, Human Resources will report to the Assistant Director of Business Services and lead a team of 13 HR professionals that support 450 Lottery team members.
You will lead a team to develop processes and metrics while coordinating the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs. You will assist and advise Lottery leaders about Human Resources issues and ensure understanding and execution of Executive Team strategies.

- Partner with the AD of Business Services to Identify opportunities for process improvement and new programs.
- According to Internal Operating Policy 2.512, Temporary Closure, this position is designated as Essential personnel.
You Have:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and seven (7) years of experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines. Four (4) years of management experience.
- Ten (10) years of experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines. Four (4) years of management experience.
