Job Description
TheAssociate Director,NeuropsychiatryPayer Marketingwill lead thedevelopment,evolution andexecutionof payer marketing strategies& tacticsto secure,maintain,and driveoptimalmarketaccess for a novel therapy for the treatment for major depressive disorder (MDD)and Post-partum Depression (PPD).
WhatYou'llDo
- Partner effectivelywithourcommercial collaboration partnertodrivethedevelopment and coordination of market access strategiesacross both commercial and government payers
- Proactively consider/identifynewaccessstrategies, areas of opportunity, and tactics to challenge thinkingand driveaccessfor a novel treatment in an established market
- Identifythe need for payer market research and payer advisory boards andpartner closely with Business Insights & Analytics onexecution
- Develop and deliverappropriatepre-and post-launch payer resources(e.g.DSA, PIE,Economic/BOI Considerations, BIM, PVPand pull-through resources)
- Drive engagementwiththe U.S./ GlobalHEOR teamsto combineevidence generation efforts withproactivevaluepropositionmessaging
- Collaborate with HCPandconsumermarketingteamsto develop and execute access/affordability messages in promotional materials
- Partner closely withBusiness Insights & Analytics,HCPMarketing,Consumer Marketing,andNeuropsychFranchiseleadership tomonitortheprogress of the various initiatives and adjustexecution planappropriately

Qualifications
- BA,BSor equivalentrequired, MBA or other graduate degree preferred
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharma industryexperience,includingdirect responsibility for payer marketingactivities
- Demonstrated understanding of payer market dynamics as it relates to commercialization, pricing,specialtydistributionand overallaccessforbranded oral prescription medicines(commercial,Medicare PartD,FFS/ManagedMedicaid, and VA/DoD)
- Experience in developing tools and tactics applicable to US payer marketsand customers
- Strong senseof professionalism,accountabilityand urgency for defined areas of responsibility
- Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive projects forwardto meet budgets and timelines
- Ability to communicate tactical direction and related concepts clearly, orally and in writing, across internal and external audiences (e.g.,payer account team,sales, marketing, advocacy)
- Heightened ability to collaborate, influence, and work with awide array of internal and external stakeholdersto successfully deliver results
- Experience managing multiple demands and priorities on timeand under business constraints
- PreviousPsychiatry/Neuropsychiatrypayer and channel marketing experienceispreferred
Additional Information
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
