Position Overview
The Training Specialist, BTR/Conventional is responsible for developing training content with a focus on conventional multifamily operations administration, fiscal management, systems management, leasing, marketing, workflow and policies and procedures. Proactively identifies opportunities for training development and support of our BTR/conventional communities.
What You Will Do
Executes remote or in-person training for all team members at our BTR and conventional sites
Executes weekly, monthly, or quarterly training with an emphasis on critical job functions and other relevant seasonal training topics
Creates training content for “evergreen” resources to supplement onboarding and ongoing training efforts.
Assess onsite roles and support teams with training, feedback, and other tools to ensure they are equipped with the necessary sales techniques and product knowledge to maximize conversion rates
Facilitate resources available from marketing, development, training, revenue management and other departments as necessary to ensure effective resource leverage from the leasing team
Evaluates, develops, and implements training materials and programs for community teams
Builds out a training library of content, and other resources, coordinating with other departments to ensure a wide range of resources are available
Develop and refine comprehensive policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, clarity and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the organization
Daily management of the Training Department’s support ticket system through Happy Fox
Assists in planning of annual company meetings and conferences
Completes special projects as assigned by the Director, Training
Ensures compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
Is a champion of company values with full knowledge of and belief in the company’s values and participates in promoting company-wide initiatives
Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
Must be available for overtime when necessary
Requires roughly 30% travel, additional as requested
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ideally, You'll Have
Ideally, you'll have
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-2 years of property management experience preferably in conventional leasing
Demonstrated leasing or sales skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and build onsite teams
You'll crush it if you have experience with
Entrata and Yardi systems
3+ years of property management experience preferably in conventional leasing
Organizational Structure

Pay Range
USD $75,000.00 - USD $82,000.00 /Yr.
Additional Compensation
Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically 10% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, seniority, geographic location, and business needs.
This role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, including bonuses, commissions, stipends, or non-cash incentives, depending on position and performance.
