Clinical Team Manager - Norwood Respite
Are you a compassionate clinical leader who thrives in a collaborative, recovery-focused environment? We’re looking for a Clinical Team Manager (CTM) to help shape the therapeutic experience for individuals in Riverside’s Respite program.
In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team of clinicians, case managers, peer specialists, and interns—supporting them as they provide person-centered care and help clients on their journey toward stability and wellness. You’ll bring both your clinical expertise and your creativity to develop meaningful programming that supports healing, growth, and hope.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide hands-on leadership and clinical supervision to staff and interns in a supportive, strengths-based environment.
- Oversee clinical services within the Respite program: ensuring treatment plans, groups, and interventions are individualized and evidence-based.
- Create engaging weekly milieu programming that meets the diverse needs of the people we serve.
- Develop and facilitate new psychoeducational and therapeutic groups.
- Carry a small caseload (up to 6 individuals) to stay connected to the work: providing assessments, brief counseling, safety planning, and discharge coordination.
- Foster a collaborative and trauma-informed culture across the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete MAP training and certification, providing leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient MAP operations within the Respite program.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Respite and the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) and other community partners.
- Complete all required clinical documentation and contribute to ongoing program improvement.
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours
Salary:
- Unlicensed Clinician - $81,689.29/salaried
- Independent Licensure - $84,872.11/salaried

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
- Strong computer fluency in Microsoft Office and web-based productivity tools, especially Excel and Word required.
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
Required Experience
- Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (clinical degree that provides a path to independent licensure) required.
- Independent Licensure strongly preferred
- At least 3 years’ experience in behavioral health settings, including mental health, substance use, and/or co-occurring clients and treatment strategies required. Experience in an acute setting (e.g. CCS, inpatient, MCI/Crisis strongly preferred).
