Are you a compassionate clinical leader who thrives in a collaborative, recovery-focused environment? We’re looking for a Clinical Team Manager (CTM) to help shape the therapeutic experience for individuals in Riverside’s Respite program.

In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team of clinicians, case managers, peer specialists, and interns—supporting them as they provide person-centered care and help clients on their journey toward stability and wellness. • Develop and facilitate new psychoeducational and therapeutic groups.
  • Carry a small caseload (up to 6 individuals) to stay connected to the work: providing assessments, brief counseling, safety planning, and discharge coordination.
  • Foster a collaborative and trauma-informed culture across the interdisciplinary team.
  • Complete MAP training and certification, providing leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient MAP operations within the Respite program.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Respite and the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) and other community partners.
  • Complete all required clinical documentation and contribute to ongoing program improvement.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours
