This position is flexible to be located in either the APC Demopolis Business Office (Demopolis, AL) or the APC Tuscaloosa Business Office (Tuscaloosa, AL)
POSITION SUMMARY
This position will manage large specialized Commercial and Industrial customers within the Alabama Power Company’s Western Division and is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. This position will develop an in-depth knowledge of the customers’ business, operations, and facilities. This position will be the main point of contact for all Alabama Power Company managed customer interactions. These include kWh and non-kWh sales, electrical service, rates/pricing, contract negotiations, and overall customer service. This position will also partner with other Alabama Power Company organizations to ensure success; therefore, excellent interpersonal skills are required.
This position will support the following counties within the Western Division: Marengo, Hale, Pickens, Sumter, and Greene. It will require daily travel within these counties, with minimal overnight travel. This position will occasionally require availability after hours.
