Our well-known retail client is seeking a Content Development Manager to help with an exciting project centered around the redesign/updated of their internal-facing corporate website and associated channels. This role is 40 hours per week for 6+ months and will be hybrid onsite in Bentonville, AR.
This role is exciting for someone who will get to drive content strategy and the implement standards for KPIs around channel effectiveness for the client's internal/external platforms, including website and careers site, internal digital screens, and gets to establish a social advocacy program for employees.
Content Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Work on building a more connected external web ecosystem with robust content, user journeys that match intended audience personas, and created content with a web management platform
- Shape their digital workplace: Elevate our digital ecosystem into a consumer-grade, easy-to-use communications experience. Lead strategic decisions across channels, ensuring active usage of our digital workplace, reliable content management systems, and frictionless user experiences
- Enhance associate engagement: Serve as central point of contact for channels that connect associates, foster a sense of community, and lead to a best-in-class associate experience. Connect and cultivate a network of global associates and promote user adoption through user and admin training and consultation
- Provide subject matter expertise: Support business partners with day-to-day needs across channels, communicate new functionality, and devise new ways to approach content experience. Manage training and support for internal communications tools such as email, digital signage, and enterprise social networks.
- Lead with data: Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of communications-related software with a focus on user adoption and measurement. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive channel effectiveness. Leverage data and insights to demonstrate the effectiveness of user adoption, active usage, and trends in user behavior.
- Be a strategic partner: Collaborate closely with teams across the organization to ensure tools support communications that align with company goals.
- Drive digital innovation: Explore and implement innovative digital communication strategies and tools.
