Position Summary:
The position of Coordinator, Security is a full-time position in the Target Field Ballpark Operations. As a member of the club's internal Security Management Team, the Coordinator, Security will collaborate with the security management team to facilitate day-to-day and event security operations. The person in this position will be responsible for administrative operations, including on-boarding and scheduling event security staff; processing staff payroll; and tracking employee training. Additionally, the Coordinator, Security will assist the Senior Director, Security with administrative tasks within the greater security department.

- Coordinates daily scheduling and payroll processing for the Event Security Staff.
- Collaborate with Event Security Assistant Manager to assist with hiring and onboarding new officers.
- Track and document training records for all Event Security officers and confirm compliance with training requirements.
- Coordinates the creation of security badges for all Target Field staff and vendors.
- Provides administrative support with daily activities in collaboration with the Senior Director, Security.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in an environment with a significant part-time workforce.
- Experience working in customer service or human resources environment is a plus.
- Competency with Windows-based systems is required. Training in proprietary systems will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with people from various backgrounds.
- Experience working with ABI or other workforce management systems is a plus.
- Experience/familiarity with standard security systems (CCTV, access control, credentialing software, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to lift items weighing as much as 30 pounds.
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to walk up and down stairs.
- Must be able to work in a seated position for majority of workday.
- Must be able to be productive utilizing a computer, keyboard and telephone.
- Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, dining room, etc.
- Must be able to work varied schedules, including evenings and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling.
