As an intern, you’ll play an important role in supporting the communications, engagement and development for our changing workplace. You’ll not only have a front row seat to guiding culture change, you’ll be a critical part of the team, expected to offer big ideas and helpful feedback that will help take us where we want to go.
Accountabilities:
Employee Communications:
- Writing. Create meaningful content for our workforce.
- Publishing. Help publish and maintain that content across multiple content channels (print, web, newsletters, social media and our online learning center).
- Planning. Create and implement communication plans in support of Bank initiatives.
- Partnering. Work with our internal business partners to achieve their communication goals.
- Supporting. Provide support for our internal event and activities calendar.
- Data crunching. Help utilize data and analytics from internal communication channels.
- Creating. Act as resident photographer for Bank events and help create video and other multimedia for internal communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or similar field of study.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
- A team player, who can also accomplish tasks independently.
- A creative thinker, who can apply creative problem solving when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and .Outlook.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing and photography software is a plus, but not required.
Compensation Range:
Hourly: $22.00 - $22.00This compensation range represents the Bank’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
