Role Overview:

The Ag Operations Supervisor will lead Agricultural operations, including liquid and dry custom applications, with a strong focus on safety.

A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:

  • Supervise operations and provide daily direction to direct reports.

  • Facilitate and encourage effective communication with the Sales team.

  • Promote safety culture while aligning with internal corporate objectives.

  • Support and facilitate facility goals and objectives.

  • Work with the Location Operations Manager to coordinate the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

  • Coordinate annual audit and compliance activities with Location Operations Manager.

  • Assist with compliance efforts related to DOT, GPS, EHSS, and other regulatory agencies.

  • Ensure that all direct reports are properly trained in their necessary duties and suggest training to improve job skills.

  • Promote a positive work environment and overall employee morale

  • Present a professional image through personal appearance and overall facility cleanliness.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Ability to lead and influence with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to comprehend and communicate English language written policies and procedures

  • Ability to maintain and promote professionalism in interactions with team members and customers

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with Agricultural operations

Your Digital & Technology Capabilities:

  • Utilize operational technology systems, GPS tools, and digital reporting platforms to support facility operations, compliance activities, and equipment management

  • Leverage data, operational metrics, and reporting tools to monitor performance, support decision making, and drive continuous improvement

  • Embrace emerging technologies including Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams to enhance productivity, communication, and workflow efficiency

Compensation and Benefits:

  • In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $59,200 - $78,940. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience

  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
