Position Overview
Our education client is seeking a talented Jr. Production Graphic Designer to join their dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, ensuring that all projects align with our brands identity and messaging. 

This role is fully remote, working 5-10 hours a week, for atleast 2 months with the potential to extend on a per project basis. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts that meet project objectives
  • Create and refine layouts for print materials, such as brochures, posters, and advertisements and some digital (email)
  • Meet deadlines and communicate using MS Teams and using project management software to help track timelines
  • Help coordinate print production with outside vendors
  • Finalize and edit marketing materials, inclding emails, print flyers, brochures, etc
  • Assist in other design requests as needed, from providing artwork for promotional items, t-shirts, and signage to sourcing stock photography

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of design experience 
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Familiar using email software (Constant Contact) and content management software (Marq)
  • Attention to details and exceptional organization skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects
