Job Description
Pay: $60,000-100,000 per year
Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance
Schedule: several schedules available
Full-time, year-round work

Columbus Worthington Air in partnership with ARS, is seeking Experience d Residential HVAC Installers. Earn $60,000 - $100,000 per year based on performance while working for the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

HVAC Installer Job Responsibilities
As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will:
- Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems
- Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment
- Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper
- Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience
- Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards
HVAC Installer Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper
- Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
