Occupational Therapist - DMH Flex
Great opportunity to join our dynamic, professional, and interdisciplinary team as a Full-Time Occupational Therapist in Needham! The Occupational Therapist is an active member of an interdisciplinary team at our Home Based DMH Flex Programs that provides services to youth with mental health challenges and their families in their homes. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing assessments for program youth as well as consultation to the DMH Flex team regarding children’s pragmatic and sensory-motor skills. The Occupational Therapist may also provide consultation/coaching to the families served. The Occupational Therapist supports the team in the provision of high quality, developmentally sound and progressive services that are consistent with standards of both the DMH Flex Teams and Riverside Community Care.Please include a cover letter when submitting your resume.
Schedule: Part Time, 20 hours
- flexible hours between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. to meet the needs of the families
Pay Range: $31.20 to $35.28/hourly depending on years of experience

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
- Good computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Required Experience
- Master’s Degree required
- Current Massachusetts OT License preferred. Mental Health Certified preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in providing OT services to youth and families preferred.
