The Sr Analyst Commercial Logistics Freight will execute and supervise the execution of sales and purchase contracts by following and controlling process of issuance of all the related documentation, following up with share services teams on cargo and services documents, and supervising cargo and stock. Coordinate and supervise our internal teams to ensure that our accountabilities are accurately managed and our contracts are executed in line with our internal rules and standards. There is a close cooperation with other departments, such as trading, finance, logistics, and quality.
Main Accountabilities
- Appointing and Signing service contracts with surveyor, underwriters, documentary presentation and invoices in accordance with internal rules
- Reporting and supervising daily commodity execution, stock and cargo transfer
- Checking and approving invoices for payment and insurance
- Following if insurance form for each cargo lot under transfer or originated in silo is done
- Performing cost analysis per executed commodity

- Improve Bunge's outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do, and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy.

- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of FOSFA contracts is a plus
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience and demonstrated ability in execution or related area
- Experience with Biofuel, Petroleum or Oils is a must as you will become our specialist who will also guide our internal teams
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
