Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance and Instrumentation

Where will you work: Our Riverview facility - 8813 S. US HWY 41, Riverview, FL 33578. This role covers our day shift (6AM – 3PM) and is eligible to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

Join us as a Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance and instrumentation where you will lead a team that keeps our operations running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll guide and motivate EIA Technicians, manage maintenance activities, and drive asset health strategies using tools like PM, PDM, and RCFA. You’ll oversee workflow planning and scheduling, ensure safety and compliance, review work permits, and conduct audits and inspections. Plus, you’ll play a key role in maintenance projects, sustaining capital initiatives, and expansion commissioning—all while fostering engagement and excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Help shape the maintenance expense budget for your area and make smart decisions that drive efficiency.

  • Champion internal work standards to keep quality and safety at the forefront.

  • Lead your team with clear direction and constructive feedback so everyone knows their role and goals.

  • Coach and develop talent, addressing performance issues and helping employees grow their careers at Mosaic.

  • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance plans to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Own the weekly maintenance workflow schedule and ensure everything stays on track.

What you’ll need:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Working knowledge of SAP or other related CMMS

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • Journeyperson Electrician or related certification

  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus points if you have the following:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
