Job Description
Test and troubleshoot the Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) and Connect.
- Test BIOS policies in the company Workforce Experience Platform and company Connect across Stable, Stage, and Production environments as requested.
- Test scripts in the company Workforce Experience Platform as requested.
- Assist in troubleshooting customer-reported issues and third-level support (3LS) escalations, identify root causes, and verify fixes in Stable, Stage, and Production environments.
- Test new features, document test results, and provide knowledge transfer to the SFT team in Bangalore.
- Set up new tenants for testing in the company Workforce Experience Platform as requested.
- Test scripts and policies on non-company devices.
- Perform special testing assignments as requested by management.
- Perform weekly verification of routine product BIOS data updates.
- Assist the SFT Bangalore team with test execution as needed.
- Set up remote systems for developers as requested.
