Be part of the excitement and help deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Zoo every day!In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you’ll be the friendly voice and knowledgeable expert who assists visitors with ticketing, memberships, programs, and general Zoo information. You’ll build connections, solve problems, and make each interaction meaningful—whether you're answering calls, responding to emails, or helping guests plan their perfect visit. You’ll also take on operational responsibilities, from processing transactions and supporting group reservations to assisting seasonal staff and stepping in as front line shift lead.

POSITION INFORMATION - Provide a high level of customer service to the public by communicating information about activities, programs, policies, regulations, and schedules via phone, email, and in person. In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to:- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Observe applicable safety requirements, use safety equipment provided, implement appropriate safety practices at all times and report immediately any unsafe working conditions or hazards.
