Position Summary
The Vice President of IT Quality Assurance is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the IT Quality Assurance department, aligning it with the company's IT strategy and business goals. They develop and maintain high standards for software quality assurance, establish processes and methodologies to ensure consistent outcomes, and lead a team of quality assurance professionals. Collaboration with other IT leaders is key to integrating quality assurance processes with development and deployment workflows.
The role involves driving innovation and automation in quality assurance practices, identifying potential risks, defining performance metrics, engaging with stakeholders, managing the budget, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Vice President of IT Quality Assurance must have a strong, experienced QA background, relevant certifications, extensive industry experience, leadership experience, technical expertise, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. They must also possess project management knowledge, risk management experience, regulatory knowledge, a strategic mindset, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation
This role is an exempt position with a Targeted Salary Range of $163,000 - $240,000 annually. Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
