Warehouse Distribution Assistant
The ideal candidate will be handling confidential material and assisting with day-to-day administrative duties for the facility including inbound and outbound volumes, inventory reconciliation, product registration documentation, shipping research product, and month end reporting. Additional support duties include customer visits, accounts payable and payroll. Other duties include operational, EHSS and maintenance record keeping, communication of daily activities and other miscellaneous administrative duties.
What you’ll do?
Administrative Support- Correspondence (distribute mail), e-mail, voice mail, copying filing faxing and handling of confidential material.
Typing correspondence including internal memos and letters using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Provide back-up support to other administrative assistants.
Make travel arrangements (domestic and international) for manager and staff.
Schedule conference calls and meetings including audio equipment preparation.
Order catered meals for meetings as needed. Organize events. Coordinate calendars. Manage expense reports.
Other duties and special projects as assigned under general supervision.
Records Maintenance - Maintain EHSS, operational and maintenance record keeping systems and general record retention maintenance.
Financial Reconciliation - Locations accounting including accounts payable, handling vendor invoices, purchasing card reconciliation and monthly reporting.
Inventory Control - Monitor and administer all shipping and receiving activities for the facility including inventory reconciliation, daily and monthly reporting and some logistics.
What you’ll need:
High school diploma/GED required.
1+ years of administrative and customer service experience.
1+ years of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
