The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Warranty Supervisor who brings  strong decision-making skills and expertise to the table. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments and lead a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with Technical, Legal, Compliance, Original Parts Manufacturers, and Raymond Aftermarket Teams
  • Prepare and review communications and technical documents
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators
  • Develop and deliver trainings/support for dealer engagement
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of policies
  • Propose and implement process improvements
  • Provide updates and summary reports for stakeholders
  • Supervise a team of Warranty Specialists
  • Train on processes and oversee day-to-day successful warranty operations
  • Implement and model a culture of continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in technical writing, cross-departmental coordination, dealer/customer communication
  • Experience in warranty
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment
  • Strong data skills and experience with BI tools

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project Management and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong attention to detail; process-oriented
  • Analytical with objective problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Raymond products/industrial equipment
  • Strong technical and professional writing skills
  • Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI 
  • SAP knowledge 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Technically literate and documentation-focused
  • Able to manage multiple moving parts and projects
  • Data-driven approach to KPIs and performance tracking
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • This is an in-person role located at our Greene, NY location—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $83,000 - $105,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role is eligible for relocation assistance based on current location
