Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The position will be based out of the Warsaw Wealth Center.

Pay and Incentive Plan:
Pay Range: $113,031 - $142,495
Position pays forgivable draw plus eligibility to participate in incentive program to be discussed at interview. In addition, we offer an annual performance-based incentive that rewards eligible employees for their contributions to our success.
Purpose:
The role of a Wealth Manager II involves extensive client relationship management, prospecting, financial planning, and investment/insurance implementation. Retention of client rosters valuable to the organization, growth of assets under management and revenue are critical. The position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive wealth management plans for clients’ unique financial priorities utilizing firm planning software.
Accountabilities:
Relationship management, delivering advisory services, implementing investment and insurance strategies
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial planning - addressing retirement, long-term cash flow, tax-efficient accumulation and distribution strategies, estate planning considerations, risk management, business succession, and legacy planning
- Communicate frequently with clients using a variety of mediums (FMG newsletters and content library, social media, MyRepChat, phone and video conference)
- Maintain expert knowledge of investment solutions and recommend which to use for each client
- Evaluate risk of death, disability, and long-term care to clients’ financial plans. Recommend and implement insurance solutions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with and integrate other ESL companies and lines of business into client meetings
- Document all interactions with all clients and prospects in CRM
Business Development
- Develop and execute a personal business development strategy
- Generate new assets under management through referrals, networking, centers of influence, and internal partnerships
- Cultivate relationships with attorneys, CPAs, business owners, and other referral partners
- Proactively secure introductions from existing clients and their families.
- Expand wallet share across existing relationships
- Build relationships with partners across ESL and promptly close referrals from internal partners
Professional Development and Compliance
- Consistently grow expert knowledge of financial markets and financial planning concepts
- Pursue learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of financial planning strategies
- Consistently implement and refine business development tactics
- Comply with all regulatory and firm guidelines, policies and procedures
- Maintain advanced designations through continuing education
- Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality in every client relationship
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent directly related experience
- Minimum of 10 years in the financial services industry with primary role including financial planning, investment advisory, and investment or insurance sales
- Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66), Life and Accident and Health Insurance Licenses (or qualify for NYS waiver)
- CFP or ChFC designation. In lieu of designation, must be actively enrolled in CFP or ChFC curriculum
