Job Summary:
HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking an experienced Primary Care Provider to join a well-established practice in Crawfordville, Florida.Qualified Candidates:
- Assume responsibility of established patient panel at initial start of practice
- Office operates during traditional business hours; Monday Friday; 8am 5pm
- Previous experience preferred
