Job Summary
The resource coordinator reports to the Cloud Agile Delivery Manager under the Cloud Services Practice Management team and supports the cloud co-ordination of the Cloud Azure Project delivery by strong workstream management, delivery management, resource co-ordination and management across the cloud teams. This role works closely with Product Owners (Stream Leads), Project Managers, and Cloud Engineering leaders to ensure the right skills are available at the right time while maintaining team stability and delivery velocity.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Product management
- Hybrid Methodology Mindset - Waterfall Governance & Agile ways of working
- Initiation
- Work effort estimates
- Budgeting
- Have a collaborative and co-creation mindset.
- Internal (Team-specific) process definition, reviews, updates
- Coaching and mentoring – PO & Team on agile practices
Workstream and Delivery management
· Updating and managing Clarity accuracy accordingly.
- Managing technical product / roadmaps and Integrated Program Plans for the cloud teams.
- Partner with the stream leads within cloud services stream to align resourcing with the Integrated Azure Program Plan.
- Support stable team models while balancing shifting priorities and cloud delivery demands.
- Identify resource constraints that could impact commitments or cloud releases.
- Assist with dependency management, risk and issues tracking across teams and cloud platforms.
- Managing internal co-creation sessions /planning sessions, Scrum of scrums other internal meetings for the co-ordination as required.
Cloud Delivery Support
- Support stable team models while balancing shifting priorities and cloud delivery demands
Resource Management
- Resources => Initiative/project => Forecast => Risk => Impact mapping
- Team organization - Resource optimization, prioritization of work
- Allocations and forecasting (and reprioritization when needed)
Reporting and communication
- Reporting (timeline changes, impact changes, presentations) - Power Apps & PowerPoint
- Documentation
- Communication - official Team comms, escalations
- Associated communications and updates - Ensure product feature dashboard is updated and communication deadlines are met
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in resource-coordination.
- Experience using project and resource management tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira & confluence, MS Project, Excel, Power Apps etc)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced Hybrid environment
- Experience supporting cloud transformation or modernization programs is an asset
- Related Management or technical certifications
